Hi, could you write up key ponits to incldue in the first question you posted up for jan 10.

i know that you have to talk about how atmosphric polltion is an example of negative externalites, associted with the increase in transport use... therefore you can use the MSC and MPC diagram.. where you shift MPC to the left... n talk about how producers do not take in to consideration the full cost to society.. when they are driving.. or when people travel by air....they only take in to consideration the private cost..hence mis allocation of resources.. n allocative inefficency..n how there is a divergenece betwen MPC and MSC.. n and an incraese in transport use would cause a greater divergence... as transport use increases...hence greater mis allocation of resources...
but because the derivative word in the question says "Explain" is it not recommened that at the end of writing this essay answer you say.... a tax could be levied in order for producer to take into considertaion the full social cost to society.. etc and how gov find it hard to put a monetary value on negative externlaites..since pollution has no market price....etc etc or is that pretty much bringin in to part b of the question.....
